Most people become frustrated and give up because they’ve conclude that it’s just too hard. I believe some only see it that way because they are misinformed. I believe there is a simpler path to take where the “best you” is attainable!
Since I was a child I battled with my weight and for the longest a smaller body represented success. Later I grew concerned about health issues after witnessing family and friend dealing with life threatening sicknesses. My family’s history with diabetes and lupus kept me seeking. I’m fortunate to be the type who naturally is open to out of the box thinking. I researched everywhere and was open to various teachings. Once I put the focus on improving my health, I finally achieved that easy to maintain “smaller" body (and I love it!) It’s as if the slimmer body was a bonus.
It took me many years to find the right path and I’m still learning new things. For example, even though years ago I decided to eliminate milk from my diet for various reasons, I didn’t know that calcium isn’t as important as we are lead to believe. This blog will provide you with a variety of information; some of it might be completely new to you and some you might even initially think is “crazy” J but keep in mind, a lot of stuff that appeared “way out there” years ago is now taken as facts today.
Searching and learning is where the miracle process all begins.
I’m a vegan who stays away from sugar and practices intermittent fasting. This was not something that happened overnight. I’m not here to convince anyone to be just like me. I’m here to share what I’ve learned and what I truly believe to be helpful. I’m tired of seeing friends try hard for a healthier and slimmer body with little results. I hope what I share will help those who read and view, to achieve BIG results as opposed to giving up. NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR HEALTH and aspire to live the best quality of life possible.
